Dupilumab has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kDa. Dupilumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese Hamster Ovary cell suspension culture. DUPIXENT (dupilumab) Injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to pale yellow solution for subcutaneous injection.
