Cylinder must be re-certified every 5 years from the manufacture date. Keep and store away from heat, sparks, open flame, clothing and other combustible materials. Keep cylinder, valves, fittings and all connecting equipment free from grease and oil. Store and use in a cool, well ventilated place. Do not drop. Secure cylinder during storage and use. Keep away from children. Use only with equipment cleaned and rated for oxygen service and of compatible materials of construction for cylinder pressure. Do not open valve until connected to equipment prepared for use. Open valve slowly. Close valve after each use and when empty. Cylinder temperature should not exceed 125°F (52°C). Aluminum cylinders subject to fire or temperatures in excess of 350°F (176°C) must be withdrawn from service and condemned by trained personnel.
