AQUASOL A TM Parenteral (water-miscible vitamin A Palmitate) provides 50,000 USP Units of vitamin A per mL as retinol (C 20 H 30 O) in the form of vitamin A palmitate, a light yellow to amber oil. Contains 0.5% chlorobutanol as preservative; 12% polysorbate 80, 0.1% citric acid, and sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. The structural formula of retinol is: Ordinarily oil-soluble, the vitamin A in this product has been water solubilized by special processing* and is available in a water solution for intramuscular injection. INDICATIONS AND USAGE Supplementation of the diet with vitamins A, C and D. Multi-Vitamin Drops with Fluoride and Iron 0.25 mg also provides fluoride for caries prophylaxis. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children up to age 16, in areas where drinking water contains less than optimal levels of fluoride, receive daily fluoride supplementation. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommend that infants and young children 6 months to 3 years of age, in areas where the drinking water contains less than 0.3 ppm of fluoride, and children 3-6 years of age, in areas where the drinking water contains 0.3 through 0.6 ppm of fluoride, receive 0.25 mg of supplemental fluoride daily which is provided in a dose of 1 mL of Multi-Vitamin Drops with Fluoride 0.25 mg (See Dosage and Administration ). Multi-Vitamin Drops with Fluoride and Iron 0.25 mg supply significant amounts of vitamins A, C and D to supplement the diet, and to help assure that nutritional deficiencies of these vitamins will not develop. Thus, in a single easy-to-use preparation, children obtain essential vitamins and fluoride.

INFUVITE PEDIATRIC (multiple vitamins injection) is a sterile product consisting of two vials provided as a single dose or as a pharmacy bulk package for intravenous use intended for administration by intravenous infusion after dilution: INFUVITE PEDIATRIC (multiple vitamins injection) supplied as single dose consists of: (a) Vial 1 (4 mL); and (b) Vial 2 (1 mL). Vial 1 will provide one daily dose of 1.2 mL, 2.6 mL or 4 mL and Vial 2 will provide one daily dose of 0.3 mL, 0.65 mL or 1 mL [ see Dosage and Administration ( 2.2 ) ] . INFUVITE PEDIATRIC (multiple vitamins injection) supplied as pharmacy bulk package consists of: (a) Vial 1 (40 mL Fill in 50 mL Vial); and (b) Vial 2 (10 mL). The mixed solution will provide many single doses [ see Dosage and Administration ( 2.2 ) ]. Each 4 mL of Vial 1 contains 10 vitamins and each 1 mL of Vial 2 contains 3 vitamins (see Table 3). INFUVITE PEDIATRIC (multiple vitamins injection) makes available a combination of oil-soluble and water-soluble vitamins in an aqueous solution, formulated for incorporation into intravenous solutions. The liposoluble vitamins A, D, E, and K have been solubilized in an aqueous medium with polysorbate 80, permitting intravenous administration of these vitamins. INFUVITE PEDIATRIC contains no more than 30 mcg/L of aluminum (combined Vials 1 and 2).
