ARAZLO (tazarotene) is a white to off-white lotion containing 0.045% tazarotene by weight for topical administration. Tazarotene is a member of the acetylenic class of retinoids. The chemical name for tazarotene is 6-[(3,4-Dihydro-4,4-dimethyl-2H-1-benzothiopyran-6-yl)ethynyl]-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid ethyl ester.
