Lorazepam, an antianxiety agent, has the chemical formula, 7-chloro-5-( o -chlorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-3-hydroxy-2 H -1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one: C 15 H 10 Cl 2 N 2 O 2 MW: 321.16 Lorazepam, USP is a white or a practically white powder almost insoluble in water. Each mL of Lorazepam Intensol ™ for oral administration contains 2 mg of lorazepam. The inactive ingredients present are polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol. lorazepam structural formula
