Fluocinolone Acetonide Topical Solution USP, 0.01% contains fluocinolone acetonide USP (Pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione,6,9-difluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-, (6α,11β,16α)-); it has an empirical formula of C 24 H 30 F 2 O 6 and a molecular weight of 425.49. Each mL of the topical solution contains 0.1 mg fluocinolone acetonide in a water-washable base containing propylene glycol and citric acid. chemical-structure
