Each mL of Fluphenazine Hydrochloride Oral Solution USP (Concentrate), for oral administration, contains fluphenazine hydrochloride, 5 mg; alcohol, 14%. In addition, each mL contains the following inactive ingredients: glycerin, purified water, and sodium benzoate.
