To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am to 2 pm. Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Children under 6 months: ask a physician.

For athlete’s foot and ringworm, use daily for 4 weeks. For jock itch, use daily for 2 weeks. If condition persists longer, consult a doctor. This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.
