Opicapone is a yellow powder/crystalline solid with limited aqueous solubility. ONGENTYS capsules are intended for oral administration. Each capsule contains 25 mg or 50 mg of opicapone. ONGENTYS also contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate.
