Indications & Usage

Uses temporary relieves minor foot and ankle aches and pains associated with arthritis muscle aches strains sprains muscle and joint pain

Dosage & Administration

Directions adults and children 1 2 years or age and older : apply generously to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily massage gently for 30 seconds or until fully absorbed wash hands thoroughly after use children under 1 2 years : ask a doctor

Warnings For external use only When using this product use only as directed do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes do not apply to wounds or damaged skin if severe burning sensation occurs, discontinue use immediately do not expose the area treated with product to heat or direct sunlight Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens redness is present symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days irritation or burning develops If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
