Directions Adults and Children above 12 years old 1.Clean and dry the skin. 2.Prepare the adhesive secure patch and peel off its backing. 3.Peel off the pain patch's protective film. 4.Apply to the target area. 5.Press to secure in place. Children under age of 12: Consult a doctor.

Purpose Topical Analgesic wrist, knees, back, neck, hips, shoulders, elbows.
Do Not Use
Do not use 1.Not for use by pregnant or nursing women, infants, or anyone allergic to any ingredient. 2.Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. 3.Do not use with other patch, ointments, creams, sprays, or liniments. 4.Do not tightly wrap the application area or use local heat sources (such as heating pads) on it. 5.Do not use more than 1 patch at a time. 6.Avoid contact with the eyes. 7.Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
