Dosage & Administration
Directions adults and children 12 years of age and older: slightly chew 1 tablet and allow to dissolve under the tongue, 3 to 4 times a day for best results avoid eating at least 15 minutes before and after taking children under 12 years of age: do not use, consult a doctor
