Dosage & Administration
Activate: Before first use, shakethe bottle gently to mix the contentsthoroughly. Inhale: Unscrew the cap carefully.Avoid bringing the bottle too closeto your nose. Open: Close the cap tightly afteruse to preserve the scent and ensurelong-lasting effectiveness Seal: Hold the bottle about 5-10cm (2-4 inches) from your noseand take 1-2 gentle sniffs (do notinhale for too long).
