Directions Directions: Chew or dissolve tablets in the mouth. Alternatively, crush and sprinkle directly on the tongue or mix in warm water or soft food. For all ages: Take 2 tablets 3 times daily on an empty stomach when possible. Initial dose only: Take 1 tablet every hour for 6 hours.
