It is soluble in 10% w/v sodium hydroxide solution, sparingly soluble in 10% w/v sodium carbonate solution and very slightly to practically insoluble in water. Dichlorphenamide tablets USP are supplied as tablets, for oral administration, each containing 50 mg dichlorphenamide USP.
