Dosage & Administration
Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply Zestama using the touch free roll-on applicator to affected area liberally as needed for pain. Do not use more than 4 times per day. For children under 12 years of age, ask a doctor.
Warnings & Precautions
Fore external use only Read all warnings and directions before use. Test first on small area of skin. When using this product you may experience a burning sensation and/or skin redness. The intensity of this reaction varies among individuals and may be severe. With regular use, this generally disappears after several days.

Do not use: Near the face, eyes, or genetalia Immediately before or after bathing or swimming On wounds or damaged skin If you are allergic to capsicum or chili peppers Do not bandage
Stop Use & Ask a Doctor
Stop use and ask a doctor or pharmacist if: Condition worsens or does not improve after regular use Severe burning persists or blistering occurs Treated area skin begins to scale or peel as if burnt

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
