Active ingredient (in each 20 mL) Purpose Guaifenesin 400 mg............................................... Expectorant Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg............................... Cough suppressant

Uses
  • helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive
  • temporarily relieves common cold/flu symptoms:
  • cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation

Directions
  • do not exceed recommended dosage
  • use dosage cup
  • mL = milliliter
  • do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period
Age Dose
adults & children 12 years and older 20 mL every 4 hours
children under 12 years of age do not use

Do Not Use
  • for children under 12 years of age
  • if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for two weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

  • each 20 mL contains: sodium 12 mg
  • use provided dosage cup
  • store between 15-30°C (59-86°F)
  • do not refrigerate

When Using This Product
  • do not use more than directed
Stop Use and Ask A Doctor If
  • a persistent or chronic cough lasts for more than 7 days, tends to recur, or accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If Pregnant Or Breast Feeding,

ask a health professional before use.

Keep Out of Reach of Children.

In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
