Menthol 4% Methyl Salicylate 0.5%
Uses
For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, sprains, and bruises.
Warning
For External Use Only.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age.
Wear one Cool Herbal Patch up to 4-6 hours.
Repeat as necessary, but not more than 3 times daily.
Children 12 years or younger, consult a doctor.

Store below 20℃ (68 ℉) in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

When Using This Product
Use only as directed.
Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not apply to wounds or damaged, broken or irritated skin.
Stop Use and Ask A Doctor If
