For external use only

Indications and Usage

Helps relieve mild menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats)Supports skin hydration and elasticity.

Dosage and Administration
  • apply 1/2 -1 measured tsp,to the neck, chest, breasts, abdomen, innerarms & thighs, and gently massage until fully absorbed.
  • for PMSsymptoms: use once daily for three weeks each month, pausing useduring menstruation.
  • for Menopause: skip one week per month.
