For best results apply two back to back applications. For shallow pain like arthritic fingers you can use less, however knee, back and

hip pain can be 2 to 3 inches below the skin. For deep pain apply a generous amount to the affected joint. Rub continuously until all the cream is fully absorbed. Repeat with a second full application. The application process for deep pain can take 4 to 5 minutes. Pain relief should be noticeable in minutes and last for hours. Continual use will progressively diminish your pain.
