Use it 10 minutes before boarding a car, airplane or boat.*lf the symptoms are severe, you can use 2 patches on both ears or on one ear and navel

Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers,
children under the age of 4 should not use
.Do not use if the skin has abnormalities, wounds, eczema, inflammation, allergies.
Please keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Directions
1.Tear open the package, take out the patch, peel off the white anti-adhesive layer, and stick the patchbehind the ear or the navel (please dry the sweat from the ear and the navel).
