How to Use
1.After brushing your teeth in themorning and evening, squeeze outan appropriate amount of tonguecoating gel and rub it on the softhair of the tongue cleaner to cleanthe tongue.
2.Turn over the scraper surface ofthe tongue cleaner and scrape itfrom inside to outside for 3-5 times.
3.After scraping, rinse your mouthwith clean water and wash thetongue cleaner with warm water.
