- adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 to a maximum of 4 Tablespoons (15 to 60 mL) in a single daily dose
- children 2 to under 12 years of age: 1 to a maximum of 3 teaspoons (5 to 15 mL) in a single daily dose
- children under 2 years of age: do not use, consult a doctor
