Zortress (everolimus) is a macrolide immunosuppressant. The molecular formula is C 53 H 83 NO 14 and the molecular weight is 958.25 g/mol. The structural formula is: Zortress is supplied as tablets for oral administration containing 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 0.75 mg, and 1 mg of everolimus together with butylated hydroxytoluene, crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose anhydrous, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate as inactive ingredients.
