Each tablet for oral administration contains 10 mg, 25 mg, or 50 mg hydroxyzine hydrochloride, USP. Inactive ingredients include: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose anhydrous, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, and purified water. Instacoat aqua III white inactive ingredients include: hypromellose, polydextrose, triacetin, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP.
