This results in a 3.1:1 mixture of dextro- to levo-amphetamine base equivalent. The 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 25 mg and 30 mg strength extended-release capsules are for oral administration. The 10 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 15 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. The 20 mg capsule shell contains: FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 30 mg capsule shell contains: gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide.
