The tablets can be broken in half along the score line. The tablets can be broken in half along the score line. Each tablet contains 1,000 mg deferiprone and the following inactive ingredients: Tablet core - crospovidone, magnesium stearate and methylcellulose; Coating - copovidone, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide. The tablets can be broken in half along the score line.
